Interests and Activities

I enjoy being outside more than anything. Some of my passions include ski touring, rock

climbing, slacklining, mountain biking, photography, and teaching. I love helping people

accomplish their goals and it gives me great pleasure in being a part of change.

Mountain Biking

The source of flow in the summer time, and an incredible release. A big part of my life,

friends, travel, and passion for fitness.

Slacklining

Teaches me balance, focus, and patience. A mind game as much as it is physical, the

slackline is a source of great creativity An important aspect of productivity.

Ski Touring

Always a learning experience, listening to the mountains, and drawing energy from their

power. Ski touring teaches me humility, gives flow, and is a great chance for camaraderie

Running

The freedom of the emotions that fuel my body and soul.

Rock Climbing

Keeps everything in check. A reminder that life on the edge can be dangerous, it helps me

to keep a grip on what is really important in life.

Photography

All about perspective, photography keeps the creativity flowing and reminds me of the

beauty of the moment.

Teaching

The best way to learn, and how I hope to share all of these passions with others.
