I was to have the restraunt open by 6AM I always made sure customers were greeted at the door with a positive upbeat personality,I would get the customers there beverages, also took orders by hand then would bring the meal ticket back to the chef and hang it where he could see so that he may prepare the meals, I always double checked every order so that nothing was forgotten then garnished the meals then served them to the customers when they were finished then I would clean clear and set tables also In was to work in a fast paced environment alone at the end of each shift I would have to add my total sales for the day and for 3 days a week I would do the closing in the resteraunt which involved cleaning and having everything ready for the morning shift.
