MOIMS-RAC standards for the DCAPE project; write social science preservation

policies, and write them as rules to be implemented within iRODS.

NARA Transcontinental Persistent Archive Prototype, an NSF funded project

2007-2009): coordinated and researched project to extract and ingest DDI

metadata and digital objects fro m the Odum Data Archive into iRODS and the

iRODS iCAT. Created XSLTs to transfer metadata from the data archive into

the iRODS iCAT. Created XSDs to validate metadata ingest into and out of the

iCAT. Advised on the OAI -PMH. Analyzed DCMES and DDI metadata quality

and content . Tested implementation of OAI -PMH DP and SP. Analyzed and
