Started out as a Service Cashier, which entailed cashing out customers and working with them if there were any type of problems. Then was promoted to being the Car Biller, which entailed working directly with Sales Mangers and the Sales associates. I would input all customer information, vehicle and pricing information to build a deal and type up all the paper work for the customer to take delivery of their vehicles. I was then offered the job to assist the Lease Retention Manager. In this position I would set up appointments, make phone calls, keep track of his customers and when their leases were due.
