I milled all rubber for the entire plant to routing specification, and insure all products meet customers expatiation. I also worked in the swellabeles department where i was a excellent finisher. Where i loaded the drill pipes with an overhead crane to the lathe, from there i used an automatic sander to grind down the high spots on rubber element, making sure the product meets specifications.
