Do you have one restaurant or many? I know from experience that it can be alot to handle and still try to know what exactly is going on especially when you are not there. I am offering a business consultant service that will keep you up to date on what is exactly going on at your locations, the reports will include procedures, policies, practices that have been implemented. My service will provide you with every aspect on any given location along with suggestions that will not only increase profitability but encourage production to increase to new levels. My job is to make sure that you as the owner not only see the things that are going on but are aware of all possibilities of potential profits that in turn will make for a very inviting atmosphere not only for your customers but your employees as well.
My philosophy is in order to retain profits is to control everything, you know as well as I do that when you go through a fast food place and ask for salt they usually end up giving you 4 to 5 and sometimes even more, the cost of salt may only be a half cent a piece but imagine this, you have 8-10 employees doing the same thing? You can do the math, after a year this can really add up for the employer, these profits can be used for new marketing ideas and or for rewards for employees, the possibilities are endless...
