Coordinate the reconciliation of consignment inventory balances with each area and the warehouse

Prepare complex reports for managed care organizations and insurance companies, ensuring full compliance with agency requirements and tight deadlines.

Recommend alternative stocking programs (i.e. vendor held and consignment inventories)

Ensure inventory reviews are conducted in conjunction with equipment/fleet disposals

Analyze, and recommend stock items for surplus and obsolete disposal

Recommend policies and procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize loss of inventory

Responsible for monitoring all inventory cycle counts and physical inventory programs and record adjustments

Communicate customer service concepts to patrons using layman's terms to facilitate understanding.
