I am a junior business major studying Entrepreneurship and Marketing with an emphasis in
Sales. I am interested in an internship for this coming summer. Currently, I am pursuing
opportunities related to meeting/event planning, merchandising, and real estate in the
state of Ohio, specifically the Cincinnati, Columbus, or Dayton areas.

I am part of a team of students looking at a local apartment complex that has recently
come under new ownership. We have been tasked with looking at how the property is run and
finding ways to improve the property either through reducing costs or increasing
occupancy. At the end of the competition, we will make recommendations to the owners based
on our research of the property and the industry in the Dayon area.
