5/10-Present (Norco, LA):

Chief InspectorInspections of work for relocation of Shell 8 Kenner Products line via horizontal directional drill.This relocation is being done per request by Corps of Engineers; placing of pipeline under New Orleans levee is for hurricane protection. Oversee contractor and one inspector.

3/10-5/10 (Webster, TX):

Welding Inspector - Contract WorkInspected new pipe construction on Shell 12 dry chemical pipeline from Texas City to Deer Park Refinery in Pasadena, TX.

9/07-2/10 (Sakhalin, Russia):

Pipeline Inspector – Sakhalin II Project (through Sakhalin Energy Investment Company)As Site Lead, supervised several pipeline maintenance depots/camps during construction phase; camp operations and maintenance; and pipelines pertaining to camp’s assigned jurisdiction.As Pipeline Inspector, oversaw pipeline activities during initial construction phase as well as participate in start-up/commissioning phase and start-up activities prior to running smart pigs in oil and gas pipelines.ISSOW (Integrated Safe System of Work) roles involve serving as area authority, permit controller and site controller during pipelines start-up and commissioning.As part of Maintenance and Integrity Group, clean pipelines prior to smart pig runs; schedule smart pig runs; and work with vendors on logistics and coordination of smart pig runs.

4/00-9/07 (Gulf of Mexico):

Project Supervisor – Asset Integrity Group Inland/shallow water offshore pipeline laying, repairing, lowering and connecting.Revamped and rebuilt offshore facility/pump station.Marsh/swamp/shallow water offshore smart pig runs and smart pig pipeline repairs/replacements.Rebuilt loading facilities for Delta Pipeline: Southwest Pass – Block 24 & Pilottown Tank Farm and Terminal.Directional drilling of new Mississippi River pipeline crossing and removal of old Mississippi River pipeline crossing for Delta Pipeline: Southwest Pass to Loutre Junction.
