I am writing you regarding this position as I have all the experience and skills that you require such as OEM level National automotive marketing and 3 years of automotive dealer level sales & marketing. I attended and successfully completed the Georgian College Business Administration – Automotive Marketing program, and had eight years of various industry experiences before beginning the course. This included being a published writer, marketing my own products and doing freelance marketing for many international corporations.

During my college tenure I worked as a representative for companies such as Nissan, Toyota, Roush and Superformance at special events, auto shows and trade shows around the Country. This included set-up and management of events as well as gathering customer information for future CRM programs to bolster sales.

I also worked for Mercedes Benz Canada in the National marketing department which included CRM initiatives, social media activities, sales data analysis and recording with MS excel. The management of accounts with three advertising agencies, training and supervision of all event staff, coaching of sales associates, dealership marketing material appointments and power point presentation production for use at National dealer meetings among many other duties. Marketing plans included National as well as regional and dealer specific with collaborative co-op planning and spending for maximum viewership and retention in bolstering sales and hitting targets.

After my marketing tenure I entered the sales force and became a top performer during my time there and had three letters written to the CEO of the company from my customers displaying their pleasure in dealing with me. I also was responsible for off-site test drive events, promotional activities, street team events, auto show participation and electric vehicle training programs for customer groups. Sale bolstering activities included customer reward referral programs; vehicle wrap offers for business owning clients, unique advertising programs, Sunday sales with monetary support from upper management including many other initiatives to secure strong sales.

Other helpful experience includes Facebook page construction and management for Chrysler Group LLC, automotive drag race promotions for Dasilva Racing, buying and selling muscle car parts and restoring old vehicles.
