Present
Led the day-to-day information systems functions with managerial responsibility for a
team of information systems specialists, network administrator, and data center manager
including performance evaluation and development. Project Manager for large Data Warehouse
consisting of six distinct Electronic Medical Record applications. Technical liaison and
resource for community health centers nationwide, providing clinical information and
technical support of Windows 2003/2008/MS Exchange servers, Windows XP/Vista/2007 devices,
desktop PC and laptop hardware/software, performance tuning, and software testing.
Co-authored a study on chronic disease care utilizing data from Data Warehouse and
developing data mining techniques to obtain data on chronic diseases by race, ethnicity,
and insurance coverage for the funding of HDC initiatives. Study published November 2009.
Functioned as the lead IS Specialist for the Asthma II Collaborative, Infant/Perinatal
Oral Health Project, and Cancer Demonstration Project, leading the testing and
