* Enhanced community policing program by pioneering the first modern bicycle patrol program in the State of New Jersey. Researched similar programs and established a new unit using best practice policies. The success of this program led to its training and implementation in over 40 additional jurisdictions within the State.

* Increased data collection efficiency through the installation of a new crime tracking system. Information obtained led to the initiation of new crime prevention techniques.
