Summary of Role & Key Achievement:

Successfully completed 20 years restoration of domestic residential homes in the South East of England and retail projects in

the Home Counties, with recent restoration of an Italian property.

Unique perspective for original and innovative designs, with a flair for creating natural ambiance in both residential and commercial

design and refurbishment projects with efficiency and highly effective delivery.

Restoration of 5 Properties in Chelsea and3 in Mayfair - L ondon:

Complete modernisation of entire structures including lighting design, TV/audio sound systems, heating and ventilation systems

with plans designed on AutoCAD with structural buildings regulations drawings supplied by the structure engineer.

Provided successful project management in liaison with building trades via personal recommendation.

Project completed within demanding timescale and budget.

Grade 1 Regency Conservatory Budget 150K:

Designed and built a two story conservatory to a Grade 2 listed Georgian properly in SE England, including the redesign of the

adjoining ground floor dining room and first floor adjoining sitting room.

Country Residence in Surrey Budget 80 - 100K:

Completed redesign and modernisation using AutoCAD of a 4 bedroom detached residence in Surrey

Designed 2 bedrooms with en-suite facilities, TV entertainment theatre, new enlarged kitchen and dining room with 2 storey

extension.

Redesign of lighting, security system, heating and ventilation.

High Street Contemporary Indian Restaurant Budget 45- 50K:

Commissioned to design and provide plans for a 50+ cover Indian Restaurant in SE England.

Plans included design of new bar and lounge area prior to seating, take out area and redesign of main dining area to provide a

more intimate experience for customers.

Reposition kitchen and preparation areas and service access to dining area.

Restoration of Italian Farmhouse Budget 900K:

Restoration of a 4 bedroom Italian farmhouse/villa in central Italy (Umbria).

Liaised with Italian architect to satisfy British clients brief.

Fully furnish farmhouse in contemporary style including the commission of a local artist to complete a series of oil painting to

reflect the Umbrian area.

Personally commissioned a series of photographic representations of unique aspects of original building prior to restoration with

a further series of images of newly restored building, which were used within the dining room.

Restoration of Italian Garden Budget 80K:

In addition to restoration, invited to pitch for the design of 3 acres of land to prepare for hard landscaping and the planting of

a new garden.

Appointed following competition with 2 Italian landscapers.

Garden now successfully completed following 2 years of planting, recently chosen in the Sunday Times as the 45th most

luxurious Villa in Italy.

Renovation of 1942 Lake Como Liberty Villa Budget 4milion:

Commissioned to produce detailed floor plans for a 1942 Liberty Villa in Lake Como.

Converted a 4 storey villa overlooking Lake Como into 4 highly exclusive 4 bedroom apartments.

Victorian Residence 4th Floor Observatory Budget 80K:

Commissioned to plan and design a 4th floor sitting/observation room in a Victorian built riverside property, including a double

bedroom with en-suite shower room and office area.

Plans included the removal of ceiling and exposing the A frame roof structure, converting the riverside roof from slate to glass.

Installation of a fully automated lighting system, roof vent and TV/audio sound system from one control.

Bathroom and Kitchen.

Grey Advertising (1978 -1988) Account Director, Rothmans International & Hertz Europe. Responsible for the briefing of creative

works, media planning, marketing and advertising campaigns. Implementing profit levels from revenue and fees from client.

OBM (1970 1978) Accounts Director 20th Century Fox. Responsible for the briefings and creative work for Peugeot Cars

including advertising campaigns, marketing and media.
