Restaurant veteran looking for work, I have over twenty three years experience. I don't drink alcohol or do drugs so therefore I will not be calling out due to a hangover. I don't smoke so therefore I will not be stepping outside every 30 minutes to kill myself. I have my priorities and responsibilities in order. I need to work. I am honest, reliable, and dependable. I have worked in every position in the business. I prefer the BOH. Due to my beliefs I need Sundays, Tuesday nights, and Wednesday nights off. I prefer day time hours hoping for Monday -- Friday = 40 hours.
