We recruit top engineering and technical talent for engineering and professional level
positions in the energy, aerospace and manufacturing industries. Our target market is
Tulsa, OK and the surrounding areas. We place engineers, designers, drafters, plant
managers, project managers, and have also placed executive level positions in our
industries.
Very often the professional candidates we work with are not looking for a job. The
candidates we source are highly qualified professionals that are gainfully employed. It is
our job to find them, and inform them in person of the advantages of working for our
clients.
The flip side of that is that just because the company you want to work at is not
officially hiring, doesn't mean they are not hiring at all. Often times our candidate
searches are confidential. The public may never know a company is hiring because they opt
to do it in private. Additionally when a great candidate is properly prepared, positioned
and presented often times companies that "are not hiring" will find a way to get that
great talent on board.
Our process is very professional and productive but also very personal. For us, every
person we work with is important as a valued individual. With everything we do we are
