Certified Public Accountant(Texas Cert #17901) August 1978. Three years of public accountancy experience, internal audit, tax planning, financial statements, IRS audits. Elected inactive status with TSCPA in the mid 90s due to other business interests.

BBA Management 1967 University of Texas (Arlington), followed by 24 additional hours of accounting at UTA in 1976/77 to qualify to take and pass the CPA exam in Texas.
