Owner/operator of startup franchised South Texas personal computer rental firm in Austin/San Antonio. Built a startup franchise business to profitability within two years, added a partner in 1990 for sales management. Together, we built the third largest franchise in the 78 location national chain. Standard Roofing: -New, repair and re-roof services in the DFW region for 2 years.

Education and Certifications:

Certified Public Accountant(Texas Cert #17901) August 1978. Three years of public accountancy experience, internal audit, tax planning, financial statements, IRS audits. Elected inactive status with TSCPA in the mid 90s due to other business interests.

BBA Management 1967 University of Texas (Arlington), followed by 24 additional hours of accounting at UTA in 1976/77 to qualify to take and pass the CPA exam in Texas.
