Developed and presented designs, which included organizational feasibility and financial analysis, for critique and approval by senior management.

* Led design, implementation, integration, and communication of all employee programs, which included benefits, compensation, ADP payroll, and HRMIS. Negotiated competitive contracts with third party vendors to provide cost-effective development and administration of these programs to the company`s subsidiaries.
