Managed all soccer category sales, marketing, and product management for PUMA North
America. Developed comprehensive product and marketing plan for North America and was a
member of global product steering committee that guided product selection and development
for over sixty international distributors. Negotiated all athlete contracts, league
sponsorships and cooperative marketing agreements, including founding sponsorship of Major
League Soccer.

One of the original employees of Eurosport, the largest soccer retailer in the US. With
founding team, oversaw sales growth from one retail location in 1987 to $20 million in
1994. Conducted all product selection and inventory management. Served as primary liaison
with manufacturers and set inventory level strategy for all products. Negotiated vendor
agreements to ensure maximum stock turns and minimize inventory investment. Established
the PassBackr program, a non-profit division that supplies equipment to grassroots
organizations free of charge. This program is still in place today.
