Objective: To consolidate my experience and skills as practiced for the last 40 years in the Construction, Environmental, and Engineering fields for an employer who can utilize my expertise in an executive position. My desire is to remain in the upstate New York area and oversee services as needed to be performed throughout the United States.

Work Career:

1980-Present: Employed in Senior Management positions based in the Syracuse New York area with Corporations performing Environmental Construction, Remediation, and Engineering Services. Positions include: Senior Vice President, successfully maintained high level profit margins with over 25 million dollars in annual sales. As a Senior Vice President I was responsible for maintaining the corporate established Health and Safety Standards to be a leader in the industry. Director of Marketing and Business Development, I established corporate employers to become the largest upstate New York businesses providing Environmental Construction services. Director of Project Management and Estimating developed a successful performance standard forthis work, including all projects performed throughout the United States. Corporate Sales Manager, oversight of sales engineers who established the client base throughout the country and aboard.

Representative Projects: Radiation Decontamination of several sites which previously performed research and development. Clean-up from hurricane damaged areas, ranging from Florida including the entire gulf coast and Texas. Clean-up of 9-11 ground zero impacted facilities. Multiple Industrial plant closure operations and demolition. Clients predominately included top 100 Manufacturing firms in the United States, large scale commercial facilities and power generation facilities.

Representative Clients: Several of the clients receiving provided services are as follows: General Motors, General Electric, US Steel, ALCOA, Corning Incorp.,Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, IBM, Marriott, LSU, Cornell University, PPG, Ford Motor Company, Chrysler Corp., CSX, Valerio Refining, Shell Refining, Mobile Refining, International Paper, Eastman Kodak, Xerox, Dresser-Rand, General Signal, Dunlop, NYSEG, Niagara Mohawk, RGE, Dynegy, Westinghouse, Bayer, Bausch and Lomb, BASF, Sun Oil, Carrier Corp., Viacom, Con Edison, Albany Medical Center, Syracuse VA Center, Upstate Hospital, NYSDEC, Bristol Myers Squib, Merck. In addition several environmental engineering firms have been clients who also have served many of the above corporations as well as many who have not been identified.

1977-three years: Heavy Equipment Regional Manager for all north eastern distributors for Ingersoll Rand, Syracuse New York. I established and had oversight for the marketing plan for all north east distributors.

1973-three years: Project Superintendent supervising Marine Construction work on the southeastern United States Coastal Areas and the Caribbean for Misner Marine Construction Company, St. Petersburg Florida.

Education: Cornell University, BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering. I established my own curriculum working with the Dean of the Civil Engineering School. A few years after graduation the Civil Engineering School established this curriculum as an option for all civil engineering students.

Certifications: Obtained licensing and various environmental certifications to allow work to be performed throughout the United States as required by Federal, State, and local regulations.
