Family owned financial services company generating $150 million in revenues offering money remittances, prepaid phone cards, check cashing service, money orders, and bill pay.

Company was poised for growth and expansion through planned acquisitions and organic growth. I was brought in to integrate corporate experience to the niche market sector and aggressively and profitably increase the growth of California and expand the West Region.

Spearheaded profitable growth across the Southwest Region of the United States in 2009, 2010, and 2011 with annual revenues of $25-30 million. Responsibilities also included the profitable development of the Philippine service. Region included an agent base of approximately 1,600 agents (retail) located in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii. Coordinated and directed the efforts of 2 Area Development Managers, 9 Territory Managers, 3 Sales Representatives and 1 Agent Service Representative as key member of the sales management team. Forecasted and assigned sales goals and initiated regional strategic plans annually. Responsible for managing P & L performance and exceeding revenue and profit goals for the region. Region included an agent base of approximately 3,200 agents across 18 states. Stimulated sales and market share growth annually. Created, defined and implemented the short and long term strategies/tactics for the region.
