* Delivered all capital construction projects and cost forecasting required to maintain over two million square feet of commercial and residential real estate in New York City and New Jersey. Noteworthy achievements included:
o Coordinating the structural repair ($8M over a four year period) of an operating parking garage with over 700 cars. Managed the project activities so that the garage was able to remain open for business while the repairs were performed.
o Directed the replacement of all cooling/heating pipe risers in a fully occupied, 30 story, residential building in midtown. The two year project required over 25,000 man-hours.
o Oversaw the replacement of cooling towers, heat plate exchanger and electrical risers in a 30 story, residential building and 15 story commercial office building in midtown.
o Headed the Local Law #11 facade restoration on a 15 story, New York City Landmark, commercial office building that involved the complete demolition and rebuild of the north wall from the 6th floor up and restoration of all bulkheads.
o Supervised the replacement of boilers, including converting from #6 fuel oil to gas and the installation of a stainless steel chimney liner in a fully occupied 31 story residential building and a 15 story, New York City Landmark, commercial office building.
* Executed property condition assessments (facades, electrical, elevators, mechanical equipment, etc.) for potential portfolio-wide real estate acquisitions including: budget estimations for the upgrade of building systems, review of Phase I/II environmental assessments, and the remediation of potential environmental problems.

* Responsible for the renovation and re-construction of Exchange Place Station (Jersey City, NJ) and the PATH tubes under the Hudson River after the collapse of the World Trade Centers (WTC) on 9/11.
* Led and managed a team of approximately ten environmental professionals who conducted the environmental remediation of lead and asbestos, as well as air quality monitoring inside the PATH tubes and at Exchange Place Station for over 500 craft personnel.
* Remediated 1,500 lineal feet of lead laden stone ballast under the existing tracks in both tubes from Exchange Place to the WTC site.
