customer?s specifications for the power plant at Fort Greely, Alaska.

01-2008 to 08-2008: Ameren Headquarters: Cost Engineer/Schedule Consultant: (P3e/c5 & P6,

Power Plant CBS): (new VP ? all contractors removed) Implementing the management

procedures, and re-organizing the cost control and scheduling process for better controls

on the company's budget/accruals for over three hundred various projects totaling over 5.5

billion dollars on the eight fossil fuel sites. Maintaining cost schedules of monthly

accruals and forecast. Develop and maintain the various sites' month-end project summary

reports, including maintaining monthly accruals/forecast cost up-dating and reviewing

engineers' grammar and sentence structure on over four separate projects documents the are

later merged into nine various sites' master report for upper management. Test in Access

proved that it wasn't able to handle the merger of separate documents into a master: from

that test - created a web base design which worked very well in expediting the process in

Estimator: Re-designing (engineering approved methodology of new proposal for design, and

engineering loads for construction estimate); and estimating the construction of the

Prototype Fast Reactor (PFR) decommissioning building prior to dismantling of reactor from

conceptual drawings, specifications, and scope of work due at the end of October. The

SAP, PowerPoint, Excel) Planning and creating a architecture of a conceptual level three

subprojects to bring coal boiler into New Jersey?s EPA rules by 2011. Overseeing SS&W.
