I developed Operator’s and Maintenance manuals for U.S. Marine Corp and U.S. Army vehicles, weapons and weapon systems adhering to the appropriate military standard as specified by the acquiring activity.

This includes (but is not limited to) interpreting engineering source data, creating troubleshooting procedures and wiring diagrams, and validating troubleshooting procedures and wiring diagrams on equipment.

I am proficient in the use of all Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 10 (and prior versions), Adobe Arbor Text, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Framemaker + SGML, Chrystal Astoria, and CorelDraw® Graphics Suite X5.

I developed service publications for Nissan North America, including the development of wiring diagrams and diagnostic procedures.

I was instrumental in developing and implementing publication development processes in both our U.S. office as well as our Shanghai office.

I developed and implemented a system of electronic document handling that significantly reduced the amount of time, effort, and therefore cost, required to store, and retrieve customer supplied engineering documentation.

I traveled to Shanghai China to mentor, and provide support and training for our Chinese staff in Tweddle’s Shanghai office.

I led a team which found and corrected inefficiencies in our process for converting and creating SVG wiring diagrams that resulted in a 40% cost and time savings for which I received both innovation and ownership awards.
