The job I currently am involved in is rather unique, development, prototyping, Marketing and sales of Underground Coal Mine Refuge Chambers. Essentially an underground Space Capsule so it's difficult to choose a job category as this is a unusual niche' business. I work in all facets of this business from engineering to human resources. 2012-2006 Carbonoks LLC. Vice President

Carbonoks LLC., in the business of Design, Prototyping, Manufacturing and Sales of Coal Mine Refuge Chambers for the coal industry on a global level. One of the 4 original founders of the company, Board of Director and Stockholder of Carbonoks LLC.

* I was responsible in locating 1.7 million dollars in start- up money needed to move from concept to design.

* Was initially part of the design and prototyping team assisting in all facets of concept and building of the prototyping.

* Responsible for planning all events, expositions and news coverage, all marketing materials, web site development, headed up State and Federal Approvals.

* I worked with the Board of Directors to develop sales criteria and training material while we awaited approval.

* After sales began I was sent by my Board to gain knowledge of how to do International Business deals and manage overseas sales of Licensing Agreements.

* Worked with several countries such as China, Russia, Canada, Uzbekistan, India and South America.

* Made Vice President

2005 - 2006 Devonshire Economic Development LLC. Director

Devonshire LLC., doing business as a For Profit economic development group. This business lobbied State and Federal political entities for funding and investment by private investors.

* I was responsible to hear presentations on new products, real estate ventures and concept designs that had merit.

* My position was to determine viability and funding of such projects.

2001 - 2004 Federal Emergency Management Agency, Infrastructure Project Officer and Debris Specialist

* FEMA Rapid Response Team, first responder that had feet on the ground prior to Hurricane events.

* Responsible to coordinate with State Emergency Services, Utilities, Universities, Facilities sensitive to damages.

* Worked closely with The Corp. of Engineers to organize water, food and all relief services that they were responsible to handle logistically.

* Post event determination for Presidential/Government Declaration for Funding of effected areas.

* Viewed, documented and estimated damages to roadways, bridges, utilities in affected areas to determine funding.

* Determined if residential properties were condemnable or salvageable.

* Worked closely with State and County officials to set up debris dump sites, post event.

CTL Engineering, in the business of Engineering Services for Commercial Business such as Churches, Hospitals, Malls, Roadways, Bridges, Highways, Etc.

* On site QC to ensure that Engineer/ Architectural specs were adhered to fully.

* Recorded all daily activities of work dealing with steel, concrete, soil compaction, asphalt marshal and penetrometer readings for foundations

* All work related to Steel torque, concrete slump, drilling log readings etc.

* Signed off as a responsible party upon completion of all projects.

1995 - 1999 Johnson Contracting Services, President and Owner

Johnson Contracting Services, in the business of numerous services related to Residential maintenance and services

* Over a 4 year period employed a total of 15 workers

Prior to all of these jobs I was involved in a bad car accident where I was struck by 2 Tractor Trailers and could not work for 4 years.

My work experience before the accident was when I was very young, working for a Commercial Plumbing Contractor. Started in the field installing toilets, sinks and handling small repairs, during that period I learned how to read blueprints and eventually ended up as the purchasing agent and take-off manager for the company.
