Manufacturing Coordinator
While our production facility was open I scheduled all work flow into the plant and through each department to ensure that an entire job would be ready to ship and deliver at the same time from each department.
Handled all customer calls to arrange deliveries.
Had weekly meetings with front office employees to discuss each job and timing of releases to the production plant.
Since the closing of the production area I have moved into the front office and deal more directly with each department to schedule job flow through the Service Center.
In daily contact with the manufacturing facilities to ensure that our product will be delivered in a timely manner.
Handle coordination of delivery of every item that will be delivered for each job.
