Recruiting Practice Leader for the ERP (SAP/Oracle/PS/CRM) and Outsourcing
Effective January 2007, responsible for leading the recruitment efforts of our ERP and
Outsourcing group. Projected hiring for this group will be nearly 400 people with a group
of 6-9 recruiters to manage as we achieve our growth, revenue and margin goals. Key
initiatives include: integrating an ATS system within both legacy organizations, building
a more robust sourcing engine and an extensive recruitment brand campaign in 2007.

An eProcurement managed solution services company focused on Ariba technology.
Director of HR and Recruiting
Responsible for all Human Resources and recruiting activities. Managed the entire
recruiting process as a one-person team.
Doubled the size of the company in 6 months, hiring over 30 individuals for CoreHabor and
more than 40 total. All hiring was completed with a very limited budget, only 5% were
hired through an agency.
Created and facilitated a new-hire orientation program to ensure a smooth transition for
new hires into the firm. Designed many of the firm's programs and checklists that were
created for new hire processing.

Part of the executive management team, participating in weekly and monthly management
meetings. Presented employee issues and various solutions for management discussion.
Negotiated and effectively closed more than 90% of all offers extended in a technology
start-up economy.
Involved with all personnel issues including performance issues, separating, separation
agreements, COBRA facilitation, stock option paperwork, vacation tracking, and group
activities. Assisted in evaluating, selecting and implementing an improved benefits
offering to CoreHarbor and three other small start-up companies. Benefits analysis
included medical, dental, STD/LTD, vision and life insurance.
PricewaterhouseCoopers, Atlanta September 1994 - August 2000
Formerly with Coopers & Lybrand's Solution Thru Technology division, part of the
Management Consulting Services (MCS) business unit. In July of 1998, Coopers & Lybrand
merged with Price Waterhouse to form the largest professional services organization in the
world.
ER Manager, (2000)
Responsible for employee relations for the Eastern region technology practice. This
included over 1,000 consultants. Responsibilities included employee assimilation programs,
coaching initiatives, consultative reviews, involvement with RIF's, performance monitoring
and coaching, harassment and ethical complaints, and other employee issues.
HR and Recruiting Manager, (1998-2000)
Key member of the management team for the Southeast technology practice. Participated in
resolution and direction of all human resource issues.
Lead a team of 8 HR professionals. This included recruiting, resource management,
training and administration. Responsible for sourcing, selecting, managing resources, and
dealing with employee development and issues.
Recruiting was focused on a number of IT areas including eCommerce, ERP, CRM, network
architecture, Data Warehousing, Y2K compliance issues and overall project management.
Lead extensive career assessment and yearly review process for the Southeast technology
region, approximately 350+ consultants. The evaluation was called the Global Capabilities
Framework. The process included peer ranking in three areas (Client, People and Firm), 360
feedback, and review of future career direction.
Dealt with all employee issues and maintenance of HR compliance.
Maintained a tight budget in the recruiting area. Managed agency contracts for recruiting
and sub-contracting. Our team only hired about 10% of staff from agencies.
Review of salary information each year and assisted in the creation of a new bonus
program.
Lead Recruiter, (1996-1998)
One of 2-3 recruiters hiring professionals in the IT area. Always met hiring goals,
hiring 45-55+ professionals a year. Grew practice from 60 to nearly 200 professional in
just 2 years.
In 1996 received a "Special Recognition in Recruiting" award based on hiring numbers and
in 1997 received an "Outstanding Achievement in Recruiting" award.
Created new review forms to assist in project reviews and skill assessment.
Created a coaching program with assistance from other HR professionals in the East.
Atlanta became a role model for the program.
Assessed and selected a new recruiting application called RecruitSuite to assist in the
recruiting tracking process.
Assisted with Visa requirements for large international project.
