DNA and Protein Sequence Analyais and I developed seven more programs with PHP for DNA and
protein sequence analysis. All my 15 programs are available for online use at my website
ii.Bioinformatics project:
Title:ALLERGIC ASTHMA.

p  In this project the gene thought to be responsible for Asthma, ADAM33 and protein
product is taken for a detailed Bioinformatics study, and explored with the help of
Bioinformatics tools. Homology search, phylogenetic and proteomic analyses were done.
