Achievements

As a direct result of leveraging my capital finance relationships in Australia, my Albanian client, Foreign Capital Development Corporation, has been able to sign an MoU with China National Electrical Equipment Corporation (CNEEC) for a 1bn debt facility to build-operate-supply over 1500MW (megawatts) of Hydro-electric Energy projects in the Drin ( 800m), Vjosa( 350m) rivers of Albania.

Appointed by my Albanian client to manage the subsequent build-out ( 726m) and operations of over 440Megawatts of Carbon Credit-earning Small Hydro plants producing 500,000 per MW ( 220m per annum of gross revenues over 35+35 years).

Located an EPC contractor in the USA (Innviron Corp.) together with 100% (US$25MM) finance to commence the build and operation of a 10 Megawatt Waste-to-Energy / Recycling plant in Port of Spain, Trinidad. We are currently negotiating government approval for the Power Purchase Agreement so we can start. This represents a free carry of 10% on the 25-yr project for my company worth US$32.5 over the 25-yr project life.

My government client advises this project will be expanded over 500% to completely remove the Port of Spain waste dump.

FOUNDER/CEO, FLEX Group Ltd (now part MSS Ltd) Sept 2003 to Oct 2008

Objective

Raise funding for and develop market-leading (SaaS) cross-selling software for major global financial services companies. Break into incredibly tough US market.

Achievements

Designed, built and launched 'FLEX' platform in August 2007 (www.flexfs.com).

Now a standard for major insurance companies to target their affinity markets.

Successfully led negotiations for and personally signed off on a $9.6m contract with AIG Insurance Company, New Jersey.

Won a second $7m contract to supply New York Life.

Lined up a reverse AIM float for September 2008. The rest, alas, is history but the product is now with MSS Ltd and contracts are all running. I am a major shareholder in MSS.

Instrumental in successfully raising US$550m over a period of just 6 months.
