As my resume indicates, I have 11 years of logistics experience as a 92A Automated Logistics Specialist in the US Army. As a 92A I had a variety of jobs including dispatching vehicles, maintaining status reports, coordinated movement of repair parts and maintained a rolling inventory. Ordered and received parts and handled customer service issues relating to repair work orders and shipment of repair parts.
I have experience in working in a warehouse environment in a military repair parts warehouse. I can pull orders and prepare them for transport and prepare the necessary paperwork. I can receive orders, verify them against receiving documents and add them to stock inventory by routing them to prescribed storage area using bin labels and RIFD tags. I can audit inventory and maintain accountability for all items in stock and keep computer generated inventory status updated. I can operate forklifts and other types of material handling equipment. I have experience in unit level and warehouse level inventory control.
I also have a secret security clearance. I am computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and have recently taken classes in each to help hone my skills
I have had several positions of supervisory/leadership to include Section Leader and Platoon Leader. I have also earned my Associate degree in Distribution Operations Management.
