Work closely with tech specialists to research and initiate new protocols or procedures. Order and inventory of supplies, including standing orders, and inventory control. Continuing education of staff in government regulations, HIPPA, CLIA, and ASCP updates, among others. Insure lab readiness for all inspections including CAP, OSHA, JHACP, and local safety inspections.
