September 2008 to Present January 2010 to present – Assigned to JSS Shield, Iraqi Training and Advisory Mission (ITAM) Police, Support Forces, Ministry of Interior. Mentor and advise the Director, Major General Hamid, and Deputy Director, Brigadier Salah, and other senior Iraqi leadership for the Oil Police General Directorate. The Oil Police General Directorate is responsible for the security of Iraq’s oil infrastructure: refineries, pipelines, pumping stations, and storage facilities. Secret security clearance granted 2010. May 2009 to January 2010 – Assigned to Forward Operating Base (FOB) Falcon, Baghdad Region, as Team Leader. Supervised on average 10 Police Advisers and 5 support personnel. September 2008 to May 2009 – Arrived in Iraq and in October assigned to FOB Normandy, Tikrit Region.
