* Reporting directly to Wyeth Pharmaceutical's senior management, provided on-site project management for the commissioning, qualification and startup of the Wyeth Medica Plant in Newbridge, Ireland.This Plant was built and turned over to Operations in a record time of 1 year.

* For the Wyeth Medica Plant, also awarded and managed the calibration contract for 5,000 instruments and controls, oversaw the Site Acceptance Testing of the Honeywell Building Automation System and Glatt Fluid Bed Dryer and conducted a Cogeneration Power Plant Feasibility Study.

* Managed cross-functional teams at Hoffmann LaRoche in Nutley, NJ to prepare 2 White Papers, one on Product Strategy and another on Flexible Manufacturing.

* Conducted Cogeneration Power Plant Feasibility Studies for projects in the United States and abroad. Scope of work included plant design, sourcing major equipment (gas turbines, diesel generators, industrial boilers etc.) and finding partners and project financing for the projects.

* Executed Facilitating Agreements with Texas-Ohio Power for Guatemala Cogen Project and with KMS Energy for Columbia Cogen Project.

* Conducted Physical Plant Surveys of hospitals and nursing homes being considered for purchase in Georgia and Louisiana.

* Teamed The Sigel Group with HEC Energy to conduct energy surveys of the Main Line Health Hospital and Rehab Facilities.
