Assisted this company in redefining its business model, getting in compliance with SEC
and SOX regs, and restructuring the balance sheet to support new business plan. Traveled
to Dubai, United Arab Emirates to raise equity funds with new investors.
PreCash, Inc., houston Texas Part of senior management team for this financial processing
company that includes business lines in the bill payment, prepaid and stored value spaces.
Revenues were $71 million in 2007 and are anticipated to top $100 million in 2008.
September 00 to August 01President and Chief Executive Officer
Named President by the board of directors when Founder, Chairman and CEO was removed from
those roles. Signed first contracts producing revenue with Sprint and Verizon in the bill
payment space. Re-organized the company to reduce spending burn and dramatically cut the
timeline to operational breakeven and then profitability. June 00 to January 09ExecutiveVice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary Responsible for all finance,
accounting, reporting, risk management, human resources, legal, regulatory, operations and
investor relations activities for the company. Areas of responsibility include over 50% of

European Union. Was the company s public face to shareholders, investors and analysts
attending numerous industry conferences and appearing on national TV broadcasts for the
Dow Jones and Bloomberg New Service, and running quarterly press release briefings with
analysts and others as part of routine and non-routine public company disclosures. Managed

Oversaw computer integrated business project which tied in all company systems during the
setup of a state-of-the-art new production facility in the Midwest to accommodate rapid

Re-structured the company s balance sheet by working pro-actively with bankers and major
vendors to reduce cash outflow burden to the company. Re-negotiated debt instruments,
providing longer payment cycles and reduced interest rates.
Created automated pricing model which focused on profit maximization and trained sales
and operations teams in use and application of the model.
Company was profitable in 1993 for first time in several years and was on track for
increased profitability in 1994 when I left to join Gardenburger.
December 83 to May 93Arthur Andersen LLP, Omark Industries, Wyatt Software, Portland,
Oregon December 83 to May 93 Worked for a variety of firms, starting in public accounting
to earn a CPA then moving into private industry which was my long-term career choice. At
Arthur Andersen worked mainly on large public companies in the manufacturing and financial
services industries. At Omark was the Financial Controller for a world-wide organization
that had financial operations in the US, Canada, Western Europe, Brazil and the Asia-
Pacific region. In all had 50 employees reporting to me in 9 countries. Lived in Brazil
for approx. 6 months in late 80 s helping to turn around an operation that was battered by
large currency devaluations and with funds frozen in Sao Paulo banks. Negotiated
repatriation of frozen funds and re-engineered the operation s balance sheet to minimize
exposure of monetary assets and liabilities to currency swings and arbitrage.
