I have a business that I have been very successful at; Open Houses. Here's what I would do for you:
1. Inspect your property Inside and Out - Give constructive criticism as to what should be done within reason prior to an open house.
2. Schedule and Advertise an open house for you as well as be there while the open house is going on.
3. Prior to open house of that day, Inspect and make any necessary modifications within reason as well as light cleaning if needed.
4. Host refreshments that are appropriate for the time of the open house.
5. Questionnaire form to be filled out prior to open house in order to answer any questions potential clients might have, then introduce the home owners.
In today's economy, I have noticed you have to think outside the box in order to compete in this market. That's where I have honed my skills and have made a successful business.
