STL Technology Partners Contracted to State Farm Corporate 10/2011 05/2012

Implementation Coordinator Responsible for the deployment of custom software into the largest insurance claims software application in the world. To support that goal Andrew: Created Implementation Plans averaging over 300 + changes per implementation using Microsoft Project and HP Service Manager. Oversaw the executable actions to promote the software to the production environment, managed defects, and coordinated post implementation activities and wrap up. Served on special claims project teams as the dedicated project implementation coordinator reporting through Primavera and Microsoft Project. Ran coordination and status meetings with Implementers, analysts, Release Coordinators, and management. Facilitated post implementation root cause analysis on problems that occurred during production implementation. Conducted pre-implementation meetings with implementers in which dry runs were conducted for production implementation weekends. Built implementation plans within HP Service Manager that included over 300 changes to the largest insurance claims system in the world. Produced post implementation reports for management, which included status on implementation problems during functional and technical checkouts, life support status of the implementation, and status of any legislative changes.
