03- 10 to 04- 12 : Working at HITACHI as Sputter core Technician .

Perform maintenance on high vacuum sputter circulus and lean system . Including repaired replaced and alignment process kits such as shielding, clamp rings, paddles, recording and adjust the separation factor before after pump down, and leak check with vacuum leak detector . Also did nupro valve leak check and back stream check for all stations . And did core carbon gun PM every 40,000 shots on the systems, also did IBD gun tunning for the ref power. Ectai

02- 07 to 11- 09 : Working at Sun Micro System in Menlo Park as an HVAC Maintenance Technician. Perfom maintenance and repaired all kind of mechanical work for all units that is scheduled for PM.

05- 04 to 08aii06 : Working at KLA aii Tencor as Integration Technician . Build, wiring, cabling, leveling the front end including the robot, load ports with level view software .Power up the systems and upgrade firmware for load ports .

07-97 to 02- 04 : Working at Seagate Recording Media in Milpitas and Fremont as a Vacuum Maintenance Technician : Perform preventive maintenance on Sputtering machines, Autoloading machines and disk washing equipments be as scheduled or unscheduled .
