Let's get down to it, like most roofers I have bounced around over the years.

A few simple steps to keeping a happy crew, let's face it a happy crew is a productive crew.
Step (1) makes it a point to talk to each employee on the job site, from foreman down to laborers.
Step (2) always back foreman's decisions at the same time as making employees input is noted and appreciated. ( unless a safety factor is at issue)
