Mr. Lodor has 30 years of experience in the Construction trades. Working for family learning the trades, becoming a journeyman carpenter, advancing to Superintendent and owning his own business. As a Journeyman he quickly rose to site foreman for the concrete placement for the addition at Willow Creek Church in South Barrington. He coordinated with several subs to insure crane time was executed without any downtime. The addition was a 3 million dollar project. Special Project Experience Mr. Lodor was selected to lead a detachment to Haiti. There he accomplished a quality product 28 days ahead of schedule. His crew was assigned to assist the Army at other sites to mentor young engineers with proper construction techniques to insure the projects were completed on schedule. He also led a sect group to Arizona to work with the Air Force. There he kept the project on time and under budget with limited resources. Because of his effective scheduling and managing the skill sets of the personnel the project was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Mr. Lodor is currently a Chief with the Naval REserve and the Lead Chief Petty Office with over 140 personnel in his charge. He has 18 years of service.
