JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Dialer Management:
Aspect 7.0, 6.6 & 5.2
1. Administering Aspect Software uses tools like a Unified Command and
Control Administration, Real Time Reporting Producer, Unified Resource
Manager Client, M3 Manager, M3 Designer, Server Configuration, Gateway
Configuration, Data Views etc.
2. Create a New Service Inbound, Outbound, and new disposition Uploading
the leads & configuring the DNIS numbers
3. Management of database in Sybase. Strong Knowledge of Aspect 6.6
Database Structure (DB Server: Sybase)
4. Troubleshooting of technical issue regarding with outbound & inbound
campaign to Desktop, Telecom, network & dialer.
5. Co-ordinate with ISP and dialer support vendor for any related issue
6. AOD, ACD Campaign Monitoring, Alarms and Trunk Monitoring
7. Configuration of basic IVR scripts and Designing on ASPECT 5.2,
ASPECT UIP 6.6 and 7.0
8. Adjust Calling Strategies and Campaigns
9. Configuration of Resource group, Filter on Gateway.
10. Full responsibility for less IDLE time and more talk time
11. Dialer performance Co-ordinate between Operations, Client, Telecom,
Network and Desktop teams for new project implementations and daily
project related activities.
12. Handling the Database SQL Server,Primary Database, Backup Database,
