Duties and Responsibilities:
o Perform replacing of control units.
o Perform coding and adaption on control units using Porsche PIWIS
Tester.
o Perform checking of electronic components through "Drive Links"
using Porsche PIWIS Tester.
o Perform trouble shooting/diagnosing of the vehicle faults using
Porsche PIWIS tester "Guided Fault Finding".
o Perform trouble shooting and diagnostic carefully to determine the
trouble.
o Responsibilities for diagnosing of repair, which require minor and
major troubleshooting to avoid back job.
o Carry out work provided competently and within the time laid down
by the Labor time unit.
o Ensure the clocking are recorded as per requested by management.
o Perform pull-down automatic transmission and replacing the

o Advice the workshop foreman or service advisor for any additional

o Ensure exchange parts are return to parts department when required.

servicing or repairing.

o Perform replacing of throttle valve body and carry out basic
setting and adaption.
o Perform replacing of electrical control module.
o Perform checking and erasing of trouble code in the dashboard (ABS,
Airbag and Check Engine light on).
o Perform checking and repairing of electrical system.
o Perform checking and repairing of suspensions.
o Report the fault found during repair / service to the workshop
