• Responsible for the administration of an 11 bed Inpatient Child Psychiatric unit, 15 bed Partial Hospitalization Child/Adolescent
program. Additional responsibilities include supervising Psychiatric emergency services, Intake triage services and a Clinical
Therapy Program. Coordination of these services includes overseeing a 10.5 million dollar budget, supervising a staff of 65, as
well as developing complimentary services with 6 psychiatrists and 3 nurse practitioners. Collaboration with the Medical Center
physicians, Medical Center board and numerous mental health agencies in the community. Rewrote entire policy and procedure
manual for the department, Job description manual as well as developed all quality and service indicators. Complete knowledge
of behavioral health standards for Joint Commission survey process.
