Profile

Supply Chain (PLM) Specialist with over 26 years experience in the telecom

industry working at Ericsson, Nortel Networks, Alcatel-Lucent and

Celestica. Provides seamless Extract, Transform and Load (ETL); and data

warehouse solutions between external partners' PLM systems and internal PLM

systems. Areas of specialization include: Supply Chain solutions,

Engineering to Manufacturing design transfer applications, Supply

Management, Order Management and Logistics. Has experience with Product

Lifecycle Management (PLM), Supply Management and Enterprise Resource

Planning (ERP) systems such as Enovia eMatrix (Matrix One), PTC Windchill,

Agile, SAP, BaaN as well as several other proprietary systems.

Selected Accomplishments

. Completed 30+ extractions of Intellectual Property from Nortel's current

and legacy PLM systems and Supply Management system for the five buyers

of Nortel's assets (Avaya, Ciena, Ericsson, Genband and Kapsch). Worked

with each of the five buyers to help integrate the IP into their

respective PLM systems. All extractions were completed ahead of schedule

and under budget.

. Due to my extensive experience with Nortel's PLM systems I was asked to

return to Nortel after a two year absence to assist with the transfer of

Nortel's IP assets to the final five buyers.

. Successfully completed a complex transfer of intellectual property from

Nortel to Alcatel-Lucent ahead of schedule with zero defects. Due to the

nature and timing of this task, I worked both sides of this transfer,

preparing the data package at Nortel and then receiving and processing

the data package at Alcatel-Lucent.

. Prepared and delivered a complete package of Nortel Intellectual Property

for Nortel's litigation team working on a patent infringement case.

Delivery of the Intellectual Property on-time and in the correct format

prevented a potential stop-sale order from being imposed by the court and

thereby averting a significant loss of revenue.

. Integrated Matra Communications' (France) Engineering data into Nortel's

Product Lifecycle Management system allowing a ramp up to production a

year ahead of the original schedule. The Matra/Nortel work led to a 6

month assignment in France.

. While on assignment in France, simultaneously worked on another Joint

Venture (Micom) with a colleague in North America taking advantage of the

time-zone difference to half the original delivery schedule.

. Integrated Qualcomm's (CDMA) Intellectual Property into Nortel's Product

Lifecycle Management system facilitating an on time ramp to production.

The size and complexity of the Intellectual Property received required a

significant amount of data transformation and cleansing.
