Led the Real Estate Facilities team working across the division and various lines of the business as a one-stop partner for lease compliance, facility management and workplace efficiencies. Operations include 220 leases with annual rents of $144MM.

Managed a division budget of over $25MM and worked closely with the Real Estate Facilities Finance team throughout the budgeting process.

Worked closely with Real Estate Partners in collaboration and implementation of strategic direction and partner with Lines of Business to nationally support mission essential and people-centric assigned locations.

Provided leadership on programs and projects continually focusing on identifying inefficiencies and establishing controls and measurements to drive ongoing process improvement.

Carried out management and administration of the lease portfolio including compliance for all design and construction, facilities management, landlord liaison, date escalation and SOX/ICS processes.

Participated in the development and execution of a comprehensive business plan that resulted in the abstraction process being brought in-house creating a savings of over $1MM for the company.

Legacy Commercial, LLC Bellevue, WA 2001 - 2005

Commercial Property/Asset Manager

Managed all aspects of property management for 1.4 million square feet of retail shopping centers, high rise office buildings and industrial properties. Managed over 36 commercial buildings across United States and Canada and held responsibility of managing all aspects of over a $5 million dollar budget.

Financial oversight and management of common areas, tenant improvements, capital improvements, variance reports, quarterly reports, year-end projections and ten year projections.

Responsible for three class A office buildings over 100,000 square feet full service buildings.

Managed all vendor relationships and projects for Capital and Tenant Improvement totaling over $2 million and ranging from 1,000 to over 25,000 square feet.

Capital improvement projects included a 130 ton HVAC unit install, five roof replacements (approximately 30,000 square feet), full remodel/expansion of a building in Canada and parking lot improvements.

Assisted with leasing transactions and managing all tenant improvements projects for a class A building that was less than 60% vacant to over 90% occupancy in less than a year.

Facilitated contract review and renegotiation for vendor contracts and lease payments not being collected resulting in over $100,000 budget savings and additional income in the first year of employment.
