Operations include 220 leases with annual rents of $144MM.
Managed a division budget of over $25MM and worked closely with the Real Estate Facilities Finance team throughout the budgeting process.

Commercial Property/Asset Manager
Managed all aspects of property management for 1.4 million square feet of retail shopping centers, high rise office buildings and industrial properties. Managed over 36 commercial buildings across United States and Canada and held responsibility of managing all aspects of over a $5 million dollar budget.
Financial oversight and management of common areas, tenant improvements, capital improvements, variance reports, quarterly reports, year-end projections and ten year projections.
Responsible for three class A office buildings over 100,000 square feet full service buildings.

Assisted with leasing transactions and managing all tenant improvements projects for a class A building that was less than 60% vacant to over 90% occupancy in less than a year.
Facilitated contract review and renegotiation for vendor contracts and lease payments not being collected resulting in over $100,000 budget savings and additional income in the first year of employment.
