RePortal: RePortal was created in response to the need to comply with multiple bureaus and

changing regulatory specifications. RePortal ensures seamless compatibility between standards of

the Bureaus and those of the insurance carrier. The compatibility is enforced through the

proprietary Rules Engine, which provides the user the flexibility to specify and change business

logic/algorithms for ensuring compatibility between standards.

AgentWriter: Agents need an online system to validate insurance submission, create quotation, set

business rules on insurance transactions. 360 degree view of the business written from software

system is also required. AgentWriter resolves this need to have a submissions module and to view

business parameters and reports such as Agent reports, daily, weekly, monthly reports.

QMS: QMS was created such that the complex iSeries system commands needn’t be used

and to provide a web-based application with user friendly graphical components to execute

common AS/400 commands from GUI such as: wrkactjob, wrksbmjob, wrkusrjob, wrksplf

MyPortal: MyPortal® provides the integrated self service user environment that unifies multiple

heterogeneous systems using a single signon. With an integrated environment customized by user

role, insurance companies can help to improve agents’ productivity, thereby enhancing customer

satisfaction, increasing business responsiveness and driving new revenue opportunities.

Predictive Modeling: As the insurance companies go through a huge amount of historical

information, it could be made for better use to predict the future. The predictive modeling

uses ARIMA algorithm to model the system behavior of the financial data. Salient feature of

the predictive modeling is that of its use as an actuarial analytics and its ability to be hosted on

cloud encouraging clients to use it as a service.
