> The objective of the study is to standardize the functional food,
which was prepared from soy.
> Estimation of iso-flavones in soy.
> Preparation of alcohlic beverages from different fruits using yeast
(Saccharomyces cerevisae).
> Estimation of alcohol content from the prepared beverages.
> Utilization of bi-products of soy in cultivation of microorganisms
like Monascus sp and Rhodotoralla sp.
