. Provided process support to a small scale / high volume in house

electroplating line which utilized Spouted Bed Electrode technology to

plate a variety of micro-scale spring contact probe components.

. Improved a crucial semiconductor probe plating process by tailoring

the gold deposit for optimized lubricity and eliminating nickel

migration through the gold layer during heat treat.

. Designed custom fixtures for selective plating and aluminum etching

which allowed for the processing of essential product lines at reduced

costs.

. Characterized the commercially targeted process of producing KOH

activated carbon from corncobs for use as a natural gas adsorbent by

providing a mass balance, process yields, and standard deviations for

the process

to testing various process parameters and chemical activating agents
