• Provided maintenance parts utilization numbers for IBM technicians which improved

maintenance parts inventory and increased parts availability while burning off old

parts availability of 85%.

• Managed country inventory divestitures upon the sale of the Printing and Telco

businesses. Both were carried out on time and cost projections were calculated within .

5% of actuals.

• Provided education and training seminars to lower cost, on-site technical support

personnel, while successfully establishing the protocol for the sub contracted company

to handle all inventory and maximize customer satisfaction.

Supply Chain Specialist (2003 - 2005)

Negotiated with IBM in the US to consolidate the management and accountability of all

parts activity to ensure minimal loss.

• Stepped in to lead the IBM Asset Protection Program to monitor Serialized Parts which

were deemed to have proprietary information. This program minimized patent

infringement loss and became an early warning system for potential losses.

• Tested Warehouse Management System (WMS) enhancements prior to being installed
