RECRUITMENT:-

. Expertise in management the complete scope of tasks involved in

recruitment including Sourcing, screening and short listing the

resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews.

. Maintaining all manpower requirements on day to day basis with

maintaining proper

. Recruitment for Skilled, Semi Skilled and Unskilled.

PAYROLL:-

. Processing Pay Roll and Full & Final Settlement of employees.

. Handle Salary grievance of employees& handling end to end of

Employee Benefits ie Mediclaim Gratuity ie benefit plan,

negotiation, launch, education, process employee benefits,

visibility and reach to all employees.

. Preparation & Renewal actions of Contract Agreements.

. Prepare Rate Break Up.

HUMAN RESORCE:-

. Prepare different kinds of letters i.e. Offer / Appointment /

. Carry out & process all Guard Board Formalities.

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS:-

. Handle Union Matters.

. Resolving day to day Labor Problems.

. Conducted Domestic Enquiries.

. Liasoning with Govt. Labor Office, PF Office, etc.

STATUTORY COMPLIANCES:-

. Keeping various Registers under CLA - Muster roll, Attendance,

Advance, Fine, OT, Damages, Accident, Leave, Equal Remuneration,

Bonus, Inspection Book.

. Process case for obtain New Contract Labor License & Renewal.

. Looking after all Legal Compliance in respect of Maintaining

Records and Registers as per CLA, MWA, ESIC, PF, Payments of

Gratuity, Bonus.

. Preparation of Monthly Reports.

. Documentation and Compliance of Labor Welfare Fund.

. Submission of monthly P.F. & ESIC Challan, P.F. Annual Return,

& ESIC Half Yearly Return before due dates

. Customer/client's Statutory Compliances.

. Attend Client's monthly Audit.

. Attend ESIC/ PF Inspection.

ADMINISTRATION:-

. Responsible to handle task includes in Facilities Management

(i.e. House Keeping, Transportation and Stationary)
