Job Description
Evaluates the grades of the students from the Grading Sheet\
Evaluates the subjects of students (Graduating and/Non-Graduating)
enrolled every semester.
Coordinates with the deans and faculty for verifications of grades.
Sees to it that all students must comply with all the requirements
needed upon enrollment.
Sends notice to the students who failed to submit the requirements.
Send Request Form to other school for F-137 or OTR if Transferee.
Maintain orderliness in filing Credentials.
Send notice to the graduating students for the processing of requirements
for Special Order No.
Arranges student’s envelopes in their respective shelves.
Secures registration Forms: Dropping/Adding Forms and Completion
into students envelopes.
Arranges the Grading Sheets given by the professor at the end of the semester.
Arranges Scholastics Records of students.
Arranges Special Order No. Forms every Semester.
Photocopy diploma and OTR of graduated students and secure the same in their
respective shelves.
Encodes grades in the OTR, certificate of grades and scholastics Records of
students.
Encodes Communication Letters made by the Registrar.
