• Payroll maintenance and verifying accuracy of weekly Payroll

• Input new hires, personnel changes in to the system.

• Input rate changes after confirming proper authorization

• Process terminations in system after confirming proper authorization

• Process wage garnishments and withholding orders via

• Auditing payroll reports prior to transmission of information to the Bank

• Keep employee records and computer records updated with current employee information, i.e. rates, W4 status,

• Process and track paid time off (personal time, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, and holiday pay) and maintain

accuracy of accruals for all employees.

• Liaison between corporate office, employees, and managers, interfacing with all phases of payroll.

• File weekly payroll, timesheets and file individual payroll forms in payroll personnel file.

• Prepare manual payroll for any wages or adjustments not included in weekly payroll.

• Prepare payroll statistics reports for Finance and HR by predetermined dates.

• Prepare Certified Payroll report.

• Prepare reports (earning history, seniority, birthday, anniversary, performance review, etc.) requested by

managers by using reports and tailoring the report to their requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality surrounding all payroll and HR functions

• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

• Assist Human Resources Manager with projects.
